7. SMS and Voice Communications

7.1 Platform Purpose

Deep Disco provides a platform that enables businesses ("Businesses") to communicate with their own clients via SMS text messages and voice calls for service-related purposes. These communications may be manually initiated by the Business through the platform and include discovery interviews, appointment reminders, follow-up messages, staffing candidate intake, employer job order intake, interview scheduling, placement-process follow-up, and other service-related interactions.

For staffing workflows, messages are limited to active candidate, employer, or placement matters with direct recipient consent. Deep Disco is not used to sell candidate or client leads, transfer SMS consent, or send third-party lead generation, affiliate marketing, or unrelated recruiting broadcasts.

7.2 Authorization and Consent

Deep Disco does not send SMS messages or initiate voice calls without explicit authorization from the Business using our platform. Businesses are solely responsible for obtaining all legally required consent from their clients before initiating any SMS or voice communications through Deep Disco. This includes compliance with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), CTIA guidelines, and all other applicable laws and regulations. Communications are sent only to clients with whom the Business has an existing relationship.

For SMS text messaging, Deep Disco-supported consent is collected through a client invitation email where the client selects Text Opt In, or through an initial SMS opt-in request where the client replies YES before messaging continues.

7.3 Message Frequency and Rates

Message frequency varies based on the nature of communications between Businesses and their clients. Standard message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan.

7.4 Opt-Out Rights

End users may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message received through our platform. Upon receiving a STOP request, we will confirm the opt-out and cease sending further messages to that phone number. You may also reply HELP for assistance or contact the Business directly.

For complete details about our messaging practices and consent requirements, please see our SMS & Voice Communication Consent Disclosure at https://deepdisco.ai/consent .

Our Service may contain links to third-party websites and services. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of these third parties. We encourage you to read their privacy policies.
