SMS & Voice Communication Consent Disclosure
Deep Disco LLC
Last Updated: January 2026
This page provides important information about how SMS text messages and voice calls are used through the Deep Disco platform. Deep Disco is a B2B communications platform that enables businesses ("Businesses" or "our customers") to communicate with their own end-clients ("Clients") via SMS and voice.
1. Who Sends Messages
SMS text messages and voice calls are sent by the Business using the Deep Disco platform, and/or by Deep Disco on the Business's behalf. Deep Disco provides the technology infrastructure that enables Businesses to communicate with their Clients.
When you receive a message or call through our platform, it originates from a Business that has chosen to use Deep Disco's communication tools to reach you regarding their services.
2. Purpose of Messages
Messages and calls sent through the Deep Disco platform are used for the following purposes:
- Service intake and discovery conversations
- Gathering information related to your request or inquiry
- Scheduling appointments, calls, or follow-ups
- Real estate buyer or seller intake and transaction-related follow-up
- Staffing candidate intake, employer job order intake, interview coordination, availability follow-up, and employment-placement follow-up
- Follow-up communications related to your initial request
- Providing updates on the status of your matter or inquiry
- Reminder messages for scheduled appointments or deadlines
Messages are transactional and service-related in nature, directly connected to your relationship with the Business that is contacting you.
For staffing workflows, messages are limited to active candidate, employer, or placement matters and are not used for purchased contact lists, third-party lead generation, affiliate marketing, or unrelated recruiting broadcasts.
3. Opt-In Disclosure
Clients must opt in before receiving SMS text messages through Deep Disco. For SMS text messaging, consent is collected only through one of the following Deep Disco-supported methods:
- A Deep Disco invitation email where the Client affirmatively selects Text Opt In
- An initial SMS opt-in request where the Client replies YES before messaging continues
Deep Disco does not use other generic website form controls as the SMS opt-in method for this flow. Your consent to receive messages is specific to the Business you are communicating with and the matter at hand.
4. Platform Responsibility Statement
Businesses using the Deep Disco platform are required to obtain and maintain all legally required end-client consent before using Deep Disco to send text messages or place calls.
Deep Disco relies on the Business's representation that such consent has been properly obtained. Each Business is solely responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable telecommunications laws, including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), state "mini-TCPA" laws, and all other relevant regulations.
Deep Disco does not sell, rent, or share mobile phone numbers, SMS opt-in data, or messaging consent information with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties except telecommunications providers and carriers solely for the purpose of delivering and supporting SMS and voice communications.
